Fresh Start Wellness, LLC is currently located in Shelton, CT not far from the High School or the White Hills Shopping Plaza. The Clinical Nutritionist has an office out of her home (address will be provided upon confirmation of initial appointment)

We service Shelton, CT and surrounding towns in Fairfield and New Haven Counties. Long distance consultation is available over the phone for those living out of state.

Office Hours are by appointment only. Below is a general schedule of availability. If the following times are not suitable to your needs, we can be flexible in coordinating a time to meet.

Mondays: 10:00am - 1:00pm and 3:30pm - 7:00pm
Wednesdays: 9:00am - 1:00pm
Thursday: 3:30pm - 6:00pm
Saturday: select Saturdays during the month
